3M M*Modal Fluency Mobile™ is a mobile application designed for clinicians to efficiently document patient encounters by dictating narratives and securely transmitting audio recordings to Medical Transcriptionists. This allows clinicians the convenience of capturing the patient story at any time and in any location. The application eliminates the need for additional devices, docking, or finding available dictation stations, PCs, or telephones, streamlining the documentation process.

M*Modal Fluency Mobile™ provides clinicians with flexible recording, playback, and editing options, enabling them to dictate on their terms, ultimately enhancing workflow efficiency, reducing costs, ensuring accurate patient story relay, and improving overall patient care. Built on the M*Modal Speech Understanding™ technology, the app allows for seamless integration of existing clinician voice profiles for optimal accuracy.
